CPM has just started to implement, in partnership with Ramboll, a major public administration reform programme in Ukraine. Assistance focuses on the implementation of SIGMA recommendations to the government in Kiev, touching on the civil service system, the functioning of the Centre of Government, capacity-building for ministries, and decentralization.
