Support to implementation of Public Administration Reform

The project is supporting the Government of Kosovo with the implementation of the public administration reform and adhering to the necessary obligations to advance Kosovo's efforts towards EU integration. The purpose is to establish procedures, mechanisms and capacities of the institutions of the Government of Kosovo by further building human capacity for an effective and efficient public administration, ensure that the Kosovo Government is prepared for launching and implementation of the first EU Sector Budget Support operation in Kosovo, ensure that PAR is communicated in a more systematic and effective manner throughout public administration of Kosovo and wider society and to provide support for opening the data for businesses, citizens, research centres and wider public.
