The overall objective of the project is to develop and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating functions of the Ministry of International Cooperation in order to optimize the allocation of Official Development Assistance (ODA) to Egypt in line the Aid effectiveness principles, to contribute to the socio-economic welfare of the country
