Advisory support to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on budget reform process and aid management

CPM in partnership with two Swedish companies SIPU and SAAC will provide advisory support to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in the modernization of the budget process, including Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Performance Based Budgeting, and Management of donor.
