We at DADA6 have been supporting Kosovo’s Ministry of European Integration to improve its effectiveness of planning and coordination of funding from Kosovo’s development partners and international financial institutions. Recently, we have provided specific support to prepare Kosovo for funds available through the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF). This included support to establish the National Investment Committee (NIC), and preparation of the Single Project Pipeline (SPP), covering all planned infrastructure projects in the energy, transport, and environment sectors. The work on social sector is also ongoing. The SPP, a document consisting of 400 pages of presentation of Kosovo’s infrastructural investment plans with 39 projects in the field of transport, energy and environment in an amount of €2.4 billion was approved by the NIC on December 9. DADA6 is currently working closely with the Government of Kosovo to prepare the SPP for the social sector, including education, judiciary and health.
