Since August 2013, CPM Consulting has been supporting Moldova’s Ministry of Education to identify and substantiate necessary organizational changes and improvements within the scope of existing and emerging needs and requirements of education sector. As part of our engagement, we proposed recommendations for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the ministry and its subordinate bodies, as well as of the government functions in the defined areas of the sector. In the last months, among others, we have provided the Ministry of Education with the functional review methodology, supported ministerial teams in the process of consultations with their staff related to proposed recommendations, prepared a detailed implementation plan based on mutually agreed recommendations, and provided coaching for the senior management of the ministry.
