CPM has organized study visit to Latvia under the project „Decentralization and Local Autonomy Development: Successful European Models for the Republic of Moldova”. The study visit is a part of a project “Decentralization and Local Autonomy Development: Successful European Models for the Republic of Moldova” implemented by Corporate & Public Management Consulting Group (Latvia) in partnership with the Business Consulting Institute (Moldova) and the PAUCI Foundation (Poland). The project is supported by the Open Society Institute’s East-East Partnership Beyond Borders Program and by the UNDP Moldova. The project goal is to facilitate exchange of experience between policy- and decision-makers, representatives of local authorities, NGOs and relevant experts from Moldova, Poland, Latvia and other EU countries involved in the process of the decentralization reform that will contribute to strengthening the local autonomy and will help determining an appropriate model to ensure administrative and financial decentralization in the Republic of Moldova.
