CPM in consortium with PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd, IS Consulting Ltd, Metrika Ltd, Biznesa Augstskola Turiba Ltd and Baltkonsults Ltd has been announced as a winner in the LVL 534 000 (EUR 760 000) tender of Latvian State Chancellery on 22.10.2010. The aim of project is to assess current public services delivery system, design new model of public services delivery framework, implement 5 pilot projects applying one stop agency principle (client service centers) and provide training to the public sector employees. The project will cover public services delivery framework of all ministries, their deconcentrated offices and local public administrations and will expire by the beginning of 2013. The project is financed 85% by European Social Fund and 15% by Latvian state budget
