In March 2018, CPM started their work in supporting the Government of Ukraine in the implementation of the 2016-2020 Strategy of Public Administration Reform and its featuring Implementation Plan. The project is the largest PAR initiatives in Ukraine and is considered to be the most important strategic project so far. The aim of the project is to enhance accountability and strengthen capacity within the bodies of PAR in five different domains including: Governmental PAR processes The enhancement of effective policy and legislative development Promote neutrality of the civil service Improve accountability within the PAR process Improve access to public services and decrease administrative overflow The project will last 48 months with an overall value of 5, 249. 000 million euros and is implemented in a consortium with FCG Swedish Development, Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Eurecna S.p.A. and Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration (KSAP).
