With the continuous expansion and growth of CPM over the years also entailing the formation of additional companies in Estonia, ultimately the intent to optimize transparency and streamline processes culminated in the initiation of a cross-border merger, aimed at consolidating the entire business of the group in one entity. The merger now officially unites the Estonian CPM branch (launched in 2009 with a focus on HR Services and specializing in EU financed framework Contract management) and DADA6 (founded in 2012 to offer a more innovative and maverick approach to consulting and an emphasis on South Caucasus activities) with the “original” CPM Latvia founded in 2004. The entire procedure, accompanied by our legal counsel Sorainen, extended over a period of more than a year with our close partners as well as the European Union being kept in the loop. We are looking forward to many more exciting opportunities with the new corporate structure.
