Adapting Young Professionals Scheme to the reform needs of civil service

In partnership with ECO, CPM is assisting Romanian public administration reform process by adapting the fast tracking scheme to the current and emerging needs of civil service. The assistance is targeting recruitment and selection procedures for young professionals, special training and placement of the public managers as well as institutional development for the coordinating public institutions (National Agency for Civil Servants, Central Unit for Public Administration Reform and National Institute of Administration).
