Assessment of Deconcentrated Public Services in the Republic of Moldova / JILDP

CPM together with Business Consulting Institute is designing of Methodology of the assessment of deconcentrated services, citizen' s survey and TDSC capacities to coordinate these services, and elaboration of Mechanism for deconcentrated services coordination by the TDSC and capacity building plan for TDSC staff.
