Functional Analysis of Parliament of Moldova

CPM in partnership with the Moldovan Branch of the Romanian Center for European Policies is supporting the Moldovan Parliament, and more specifically, its Secretariat, to perform a comprehensive functional analysis process looking for an in-depth assessment of the main administrative structures and functions with a view on improving the overall efficiency of the organization. We do so through the design and appliance of our customized functional analysis methodology, taking into account the specificity of the local context, international benchmarking with respect to organization and functioning of comparable parliaments and engaging a mix of top level Moldovan and international expertise on the matter. The project was implemented between October 2015 and March 2016.
