Promoting the Administrative Procedures Reform (APR)

The project objective - assistance to the Belarusian government structures in the creation of an affective legal basis in order to improve administrative procedures, using the best international practices to promote the constitutional rights of the Belarusian citizens in the framework of the APR. CPM provided for the project - elaborated draft law on administrative procedures in line with the best international practices and trained public institutions to carry out the APR.
