Legislative Strengthening Programme

The Legislative Strengthening Programme was implemented upon a grant by the OSCE Mission to BiH, in agreement with the BiH Parliamentary Assembly and the Entity parliaments. Its purpose was to improve the performance of the State (priority) and Entity parliaments in view of the double challenge represented by the demise of international tutelage on the BiH government, and the legislative burden expected from the European Integration process.
